MS JENNIFER BAXTER: MANAGER - HR CONSULTING & SERVICES, ROSS ACT (AUSTRALIA) As Regional Director for Ross, HR Consulting & Services (ACT), Jennifer is responsible for the contract management of key government accounts, including InTACT, Department of Finance and Administration and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. She also provides human resource consulting services and delivers executive search campaigns for senior staff both within the public and private sector. She has previously held senior IT positions where she specialised in project management, change and problem management and business analysis.
	- MR JUSTIN DAVIES: REGIONAL MANAGER, ROSS WA (AUSTRALIA) As Regional Director for Ross, Consulting Division (WA), Justin assists organisations and businesses to improve the effectiveness of what they do through IT Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Business Process review, Business Case Development and Application Development and Support delivered through a 40 person strong Perth team, and supported by our international group. His career includes working with leading companies and organisations in the public and private sector in areas including utilities, education, government, banking and agriculture. He is a regular presenter on the aspects of online service delivery, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
-	- MR MURRAY JACKSON, MANAGER - INFORMATION SERVICES, CURRICULUM COUNCIL OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA (AUSTRALIA) Murray is the Information Services manager for the Curriculum Council in Perth, Western Australia and has more than 30 years experience in information, communications and technology. Murray has worked in the health, computing and insurance industries. Project management and application development mainly in the education arena are his specialities. Murray holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Western Australia.
-	- MS ROSEMARY NAUGHTON, MANAGER - INFORMATION & COMMUNICATIONS (AUSTRALIA) Rosemary has worked nine years as a senior public servant in Western Australia. As Manager of the Office of CEO, Communications and Information Services for the Curriculum Council she manages external affairs, communications and publications including web services, and strategically directs information systems development. Rosemary holds a Master of Education, is a recipient of a Churchill Fellowship award (2001) for information systems and has published internationally in the learning technologies area. She has worked as a teacher, senior school administrator and has run her own businesses in various fields. Rosemary is on the Board of Edith Cowan University's Centre for Schooling and Learning Technologies which is currently researching online exam designs.
- -	- MR SCOTT COWANS: GENERAL MANAGER - CONSULTING DIVISION, ROSS WA (AUSTRALIA) As the General Manager for Ross - Consulting Division (WA) , Scott has built an innovative approach to resourcing that has delivered strong cost savings to our clients, whilst reducing risk and improving project accuracy. Prior to joining Ross, Scott was a management consultant with IBM where he worked principally with two of Australia's largest retailers to design and implement major e-business programs that significantly improved their profitability and competitiveness.
