Mr Tan Min-Liang, Technology Lawyer: Tan & Tan Partnership, Advocates & Solicitors (Singapore)
Min-Liang is a technology lawyer with the boutique IT/IP firm of Tan & Tan Partnership. He is also the external Asia-Pacific General Counsel to the one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world. He is well acquainted with computer gaming law and has advised some of the leading computer gaming companies in the world. He advises clients on contentious and non-contentious matters relating to technology law, including Internet, hardware and software issues, as well as intellectual property rights, entertainment, new media and telecommunications regulatory issues. He has chaired, made keynote speeches and sat on expert panels at conferences and international seminars. He has spoken at length on the technology law issues such as IT contractual issues, intellectual property rights issues in relation to legal issues in technology, legislative and regulatory issues, e-business, etc. He is also the technology law columnist for one of the leading national newspapers in Singapore and has written articles in legal, technology and telecommunications publications and books highlighting the interplay between technology and the law. Min-Liang is currently the Chair of the Singapore Chapter of the Creative Commons - an international initiative housed with the Stanford Law School and the honorary legal advisor to the Singapore Sailing Federation. Min-Liang was educated at the National University of Singapore Law Faculty (LL.B (Hons) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Addison joined AsiaSoft International (Thailand) in year 2003 and was appointed as CIO and Vice-President of the International Business division. He then setup and founded AsiaSoft Online, a subsidiary of AsiaSoft International and became the Managing Director of the company. AsiaSoft Online take charge of Singapore and Malaysia markets. Prior to joining the gaming industry, Addison has 8 years of entrepreneurship and vast marketing expreience for Yahoo Asia, Citibank, NETS, SingPost and many others including gaming companies. Addison is also a Deputy Chief Judge in WorldSkill Singapore.

AsiaSoft is Thailand leading Online Game Publisher/Distributor hosting Ragnarok, TS Online and Gunbound amongst others. With new operations setup in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam, AsiaSoft has taken lead, being the company with the largest presence in South-East Asia. And with the highest reported CCU (con-current users) for a single game in the SEA region, AsiaSoft is currently the largest Online Game Operator in SEA.

Ms Wendy Loh, International Business Representative: QLORD Co. Ltd (Seoul, South Korea)
Wendy is the business representative at International/Governmental conferences in Korea and China of QLORD.Co.Ltd., the publishing company of Flyff, the world's only 3D flying MMORPG. The company's current global market including China, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, Japan. She is the project manager of latest company title 'Reverse' in North America Region. She is also the assistant manager of Chinese speaking markets including China RPC, Hong Kong, and Taiwan in localisation process and the contract and business development spokesperson to Asia-pacific and American companies. She has extensive market research of Asia Pacific, North America, Europe. and manages correspondence with overseas partners. Wendy is BA graduate of Murdoch University Australia and was an International exchange student in the Yonsei University Korea.
