Mr Chak Ming Fai, Business Development Manager: Macromedia South Asia

Chak is the Business Development Manager for Macromedia South Asia and
is responsible for developing key partner relationships with major IT
vendors and solution providers. He also handles evangelism and technology
transfer to developers.

Chak graduated from the
National University of Singapore with a degree in Computer Science. Prior
to joining Macromedia, he was with Microsoft Singapore, handling business
development and content operations for MSN. He has also had technical
field sales experience in IBM and running his own Web design startup.

Ms Norliza Kassim, Managing Consultant: Molecule Consulting

Norliza has extensive experience in managing large Consumer Brands. In
1987, she began her career in Advertising Agency, McCann-Erickson, servicing
clients such as Coca -Cola and Northwest Airlines. In 1990-1994, Ms Norliza
was the Senior Brand Manager in Unilever, responsible for the P&L management
and successfully launching of new brands such as Dove, Lux Shower Cream,
Organics and Rinso Ultra. Between 1994-1999, Ms Norliza enjoyed a successful
career at Citibank N.A. as Vice President, Marketing, where she successfully
launched CitiDirect Internet Banking as well as Channel & CRM strategies.
She was also Citibank's Country Branding Officer. In 1999, Ms Norliza
was the Director for Internet Marketing, Asia-Pacific in Dell Computers.
Most recently, she was Virgin Mobile Asia's Chief Marketing Officer and
launched the first MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) model in Asia
as well as the first Virgin branded business in Singapore.

Norliza is the 2002/3
Chairperson for Singapore Women in Technology Association and an Exco
Member of SBPWA, Singapore Business and Professional Womens Association.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure & Applied Physics from
the National University of Singapore.

Mr Thomas Meyer, Partner: BMOB Mobile Solutions www.bmob.com.sg
Thomas has been a marketer pioneering the mobile media with SMS for about
a year and a half now. His background is as a Strategy Consultant and
as an Entrepreneur (3 years) having worked in Canada, the UK, France and
Germany. He has then settled down in Singapore in November 2000 to set
up a Mobile Gaming company, SynapsX Pte Ltd, serving Mobile Operators
in South-East Asia. During the year 2001, he has managed a couple of key
SMS marketing campaigns (The God campaign for Love Singapore on behalf
of Ogilvy interactive, and the SMS battleship campaign for The Singapore
Navy on behalf of Saatchi and Saatchi). Results of these first campaigns
have convinced him to set up BMOB in November 2001 and to dedicate his
time to the design and management of interactive mobile marketing campaigns.
Thomas is also actively involved within the Mobile Marketing Association
(MMA). He also participates to the Singapore Wireless Chapter initiative
helping Mobile Operators drafting up a policy on data privacy and location
based information privacy for the protection of mobile users, defining
guidelines for permission marketing on the mobile media.

Mr Greg Paull, Partner: R3 Asia Pacific www.rthree.com
Greg has 18 years agency experience, most of it in the Asian region, with
brand experience on Nokia, Audi, HP, Microsoft and American Express. Most
recently, he has evaluated close to 100 agencies across the region for
partnership and acquisition.

support staff in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia and works throughout
the region through local partners.

Martin is founder and CEO of VentureRepublic, a global knowledge firm
providing comprehensive business strategies, international marketing and
branding programs with a particular focus on organisational empowerment
and executional performance.

Martin Roll brings more than 15 years of experience from the international
advertising industry, and has served in various management positions,
focusing especially on global marketing and branding strategy; brand/
product advertising; and corporate communications.

Prior to establishing VentureRepublic, he was Vice President of Global
Marketing & PR for Ascio Technologies Inc, a world leader in domain names
and identity technology (former known as Speednames). Based in Singapore,
he led all corporate marketing, branding and PR projects worldwide as
part of the global executive management team. Prior to this appointment,
he served as Chief Marketing Officer with Europe's leading e-healthcare
company NetDoctor.

Martin Roll was an account director for ten years with two global advertising
agencies, Bates and DDB Needham Worldwide, where he directed many successful
global marketing and branding programs. His clients included Ericsson
Mobile Phones, McDonald's, Tele Denmark (TDC), Time Warner Music, Best
Buy Toys and Scandinavian Seaways (DFDS).

Martin is an experienced speaker in Asia and in Europe. He lectured at
the Danish Marketing Association, The Danish Design Academy, The Copenhagen
Business School and at several international seminars and marketing events.
The outstanding track record makes Martin a much sought after executive
in Asia and in Europe. He was the chair of Danish Marketing Management
Board, and was also board member at the Danish Business Association of
Singapore. Most recently, Wonderful Copenhagen and Copenhagen Capacity,
two leading trade and business promotion associations in Denmark (www.ambassadornet.dk)
appointed him the Danish Goodwill Ambassador to Singapore.

Martin holds an MBA from INSEAD in France, a bachelor degree from The
Copenhagen Business School and a diploma from The International Advertising
Association (IAA). He is a Danish Citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident.

Mr Chris Schaumann, Assoc. Business Development Director, CCG.XM
Formerly New Media Consultant with turm f in Hamburg & New York (acting
as Chief Operating Officer), servicing and consulting clients such as
Warner Music Group, Lufthansa, MTV, Universal Music and Beiersdorf Nivea.
Chris joined CGG.XM Asia team in 2001 to provide strategic consulting
services for both Client and Creative Solutions Department. In his role
as Assoc. Business Development Director, he ensures a steady flow of new
business as well as initial consulting services with the potential clients.

Mr Nigel Smith, Managing Director: DIA Brand Consultants www.dia.com.sg
Nigel studied design at the Southampton Institute UK from 1971-75. He
was a Group Director of the Penta Communications Group for 6 years before
joining DIA in 1984. He was also Deputy Managing Director and head of
Corporate Branding and Communications in London before establishing DIA
SE Asia division in October 1995.

Nigel is a recognized expert in branding and has spoken at conferences
in Singapore and overseas. He is Chairman of the IDF (Singapore International
Design Forum) Conference committee, a member of the Advisory Committee
to the Temasek Polytechnic Design School and President of the Designers
Association of Singapore.
