Ms Norliza Kassim, Managing Consultant: Molecule Consulting www.moleculeconsulting.com
Norliza has extensive experience in managing large Consumer Brands. In 1987, she began her career in Advertising Agency, McCann-Erickson, servicing clients such as Coca -Cola and Northwest Airlines. In 1990-1994, Ms Norliza was the Senior Brand Manager in Unilever, responsible for the P&L management and successfully launching of new brands such as Dove, Lux Shower Cream, Organics and Rinso Ultra. Between 1994-1999, Ms Norliza enjoyed a successful career at Citibank N.A. as Vice President, Marketing, where she successfully launched CitiDirect Internet Banking as well as Channel & CRM strategies. She was also Citibank's Country Branding Officer. In 1999, Ms Norliza was the Director for Internet Marketing, Asia-Pacific in Dell Computers. Most recently, she was Virgin Mobile Asia's Chief Marketing Officer and launched the first MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) model in Asia as well as the first Virgin branded business in Singapore.

Norliza is the 2002/3 Chairperson for Singapore Women in Technology Association and an Exco Member of SBPWA, Singapore Business and Professional Women's Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure & Applied Physics from the National University of Singapore.


Mrs Serene Sorenson, Founder & Managing Director: TeaSpa (Herbal Philosophy Pte Ltd) www.teaspa.com.sg
Serene is the founder and Managing Director of Herbal Philosophy Pte Ltd, which owns and manages TeaSpa, a holistic tea bar & café as well as a lifestyle boutique, with outlets in Raffles City and Paragon.

TeaSpa offers customers a unique six-sense experience, combining sight, sound, smell, touch, body and mind in a hip, zen-inspired environment where one can immerse in the aroma of our cup of life, as it thaws the tension, clears the mind fog and induces a focused state of mind.

TeaSpa grew out of Serene's long-standing personal interest in wellness through herbal tea therapy. Prior to founding TeaSpa, she is an avid herbal tea enthusiast for 15 years. She experimented with her own herbal tea blends for her own consumption but was inspired to start TeaSpa when her personal concoctions were well received by friends and family members. This prompted her to spend more than a year researching and refining her concept prior to opening TeaSpa's first outlet at Raffles City in January 2002. This outlet is popular with professional women and health-conscious individuals. This led to her to opening a second outlet at Paragon within 8 months after opening the first outlet.

In addition to managing TeaSpa, Serene also successfully built TeaSpa's Corporate Sales supplying its proprietary herbal infusions and blends to reputable spas, restaurants and hotels in Singapore , Indonesia, Malaysia and Japan. Serene holds a Diploma in Herbalism from Stonebridge Associated College, United Kingdom.


Ms Cindy Goh, Founder: Club Jewel Pte Ltd
As founder and managing Director of Club Jewel Pte Ltd, Cindy graduated from the Lasalle-SIA College of Arts with distinction in the Jewellery Design Diploma in 1996. She was also awarded the Most Talented Student Award. After graduation, she had worked with various jewellery houses, gaining exposure in both jewellery designing, marketing & merchandising. Equipped with the necessary experience, Cindy started Club Jewel in May 2002 that specialises in custom-made jewellery. Club Jewel with its minimalist interior emphasise on personalised service. Most of her current clienteles are referrals thus establishing her professional level. Cindy also designed for the Miss Singapore International 2000 jewellery collection.


Ms Angeline Tan, Managing Director and Founder: The Mapping Pte Ltd
Angeline is the Managing Director and Founder of The Mapping which runs enrichment programmes. She graduated from the National Institute of Education (Singapore) with Distinction. She holds a Bachelor of Education with Distinction from Curtin University of Technology (Australia). She was awarded a Golden Key National Honour Society Scholarship and membership for her contribution to children's education and academic excellence.

Angeline has been in the education service for over a decade. S he has worked with children from reputable preschools, primary schools and language schools in Singapore and Australia. Having been trained and worked in the Singapore Gifted Education programme, she is a practitioner of creative teaching methods and an advocate for the development of creative thinking in children. She has helped children to stage plays for the Young People's Theatre and musicals. She is a Trainer with the People's Association of Singapore and a member of the Singapore Training and Development Association.

An active proponent of Parent and Teacher Education, Angeline has been giving Parent Seminars and workshops and creating Parent Education materials covering topics on child development, teaching of language, phonics, mathematics and science. She conducts training sessions for teachers from various preschool organisations.

Angeline has also received letters of commendation by community leaders, and the academic community for her unceasing commitment to education and community development.
